    The package was delivered in terrible condition. It had obviously been abbused by the USPS despite the live animal label. Unfortunately we had three that were DOA, but the seller offered to refund or replace them. We opted for more snails and they sent us more snails than we lost PLUS a free plant! I LOVED the variety in our first order! Of the six we received their were four distinct color patterns. Two of the survivors were zebra looking and so we're most of the replacements. Still very happy

    This is my 2nd order from this company. The first order was a stunning variety of colors!!! They are currently drip acclimating… I didn’t think ahead about the cold weather, but the seller did and double insulated even including a warm pack. It’s been an hour and a half and none have opened, but they’ve had a rough journey and if any are dead, it’s 100% my fault for not looking at the weather. Colors are a little more dull with this order, but acceptable. Will 100% order again!!!

    Snails arrived all dead. I tried the qr code on the package, it didn't work. I contacted them numerous times thru ebay. No response. Finally I requested a refund from eBay, they had another 3-5 days to respond. Nothing. Finally ebay refunded my money. Dead snails, zero communication. Find someone else to buy from
