I notified the seller, and the seller reached back out to make good on the product. wanted me to do a return ticket to begin the process of a return on a 42dollar purchase... I the buyer, decided not to mess with it further as all this takes time and effort of which I don't have a lot of... so. the seller appears earnest to fix the product, but I decided to drop the effort and take the hit. takeaway -no fault to seller.

This seller was excellent with communication and service. Seller lost money and I did not receive item. This same UPS/USPS failure has happened to me with other transactions. Very Unfortunate. The incubator is the only thing that I ordered. I do not understand how my order was messed up so badly. I absolutely would never buy a face mask, especially one that costs over $30!
