  Fast shipping and nice product! Listing stated it was new in box but box had damage. The box is for a 12th Gen Kindle and this is an 11 (which is what I wanted). It is not a big deal except it was a gift, so I removed it from the box to keep the end user from being confused about which Kindle she received. Everything works great!
