    The Replacement Microwave Glass Tray with Roller (13.5 Inch) was as described. And is working great in my microwave. The item arrived WAY later than expected. But it was NOT the fault of the seller!!! Our great government run USPS sent it to the wrong post office. Then sent it all over the country before they finally got it right when I received it a week and a half late. I WOULD buy from this seller again!!! A+++++++

    Yes the buyer contacted me twice and I responded both times stating that they need to initiate a return request. No request was submitted. They also did not include any photos supporting their claim.
