  Plug and play ease of use. Shipped well in original box in perfect working order. Shipping was decent considering it shipped from the US to Canada 🇨🇦. Price was better than ordering the same part from Canada, even with shipping cost. Direct replacement as it is an OEM part. Looks the same as the old one just with better functionality.   $600 purchase and it arrived with almost all the clips broken. Was busy on another job, finally opened package 1 day after 30 day return period, seller refused a return, but did send another set of clips. Likely not sellers fault, but terrible with communication. Had to repeatedly email seller for communication, generally very unconcerned about products he sells. I expect this kind of conduct from the China sellers, but not from an American seller with his feedback. Would not recommend.

  When the buyer starts a request on a Friday afternoon, you may not receive additional replies until Monday, the following business day. As stated, we sent a set of clips out the following day as this was the FASTEST way to resolve the issue. Returning would have tied up the process for a week plus with shipping times. The policies are what they are and as we did in this case, we worked with the manufacture to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
