  Transaction was easy and quick. I received doll in 6 days. She is exactly like the picture except for the clothes which was stated in the item description. FYI doll is very heavy so be careful when removing from box. 70 pds of dead weight is not easy to move. I did leave the seller a few questions about overall care and cleaning since the manual is a little vague. Overall I am very satisfied with the doll. This is a trusted seller! Thanks!!!!!

  Great communication between seller. Doll looks even better in person when compared to the pictures I was sent via messages. Took a little longer to get here than stated, but I think that was a Fed Ex problem. Packaged very well. Heavy enough and sturdy. Overall happy with this item. Will certainly buy from seller again!

  Quality item, very good packaging, pics don't quite match which is expected. Looks much nicer than pictures in person. Extremely heavy and awkward to understand movement..
