  Was a little nervous to buy live grains through the mail and from a private owner...but, I was willing to take the chance. So glad I did. The grains arrived quickly and were packaged well. The instruction included were helpful since I'm new to kefir. I've made several batches and the taste is wonderful. Looking forward to seeing them grow. I would highly recommend this shop!!
