  although i had contacted vendor prior to purchase and verified that the unit worked , i received a not working unit - there was no display, when i contacted the vendor they said they would ship a replacement that day- i have not received the replacement or any further contact from vendor, I also requested a refund as i had to go to a repair shop to get the RV on the road again, and was informed they do not do refunds

  We sent the unit asap, but you reported that your mechanic sold you another unit and that you no longer needed the one we sent. We sell units that are tested and working properly. If you are not satisfied, send the unit back and we will send a replacement, we have a large inventory of parts.
