    Seller described the product incorrectly, forcing me to have to return the item, losing both the shipping money as well as the time spent dealing with this issue. Seller made no attempt to correct the issue and denied any wrong doing despite the product clearly not being the size listed in the description. No respect from or for this seller. Buyer beware.

    We had a problem with the USPS and the item appeared 'lost' as the tracking never progressed. I went a bit crazy and Nanny calmly reassured me that my purchase was guaranteed by ebay. He went to PO and bottom line the shoes did appear a week later. I haven't seen them, but my mother, who was horrified I bought used shoes, said that are perfect! So take her word for it, they must be. You can deffo do business with these people. Thanks.
