    The item was as described and arrived well packaged. The seller was also very good at communication. I would definitely buy from this seller again. The only bad part about the experience was the time it took to receive the package, which was over two weeks and didn’t seem to correspond with the price of shipping ($18). However, I don’t blame the seller for this. They were contacted and immediately responded and contacted the USPS to investigate the matter.

    The seller is quick in their response and timely in their correction of an error. Accidentally sent the wrong clock. Informed the seller and the seller promptly sent the correct item. Did not inconvenience me with returning the mistaken item. The clock I purchased was a decorative item that did not work, as stated, but is beautiful nonetheless, and was priced at a very fair rate!

    This is a beautiful piece, just like in the pictures. It was well packed, and shipped quickly. I had no problems with this order. The price was excellent, the shipping was a bit much, but it is a large item, so the shipping was fair.
