Each item is inspected multiple times to insure only the best quality clothing is offered for sale. Everything is laundered, pressed and neatly folded. To keep shipping costs low everything is sent 1st class mail in a large manila envelope. If you ever have a problem with one of our items, we ll gladly take it back - with a smile !!

    I was sent the wrong item. The seller said she’d send what was ordered, but first I had to return what she sent. I sent it back. Then I asked if she had sent the correct item - she said it was all wrapped and ready to send. But then she refunded the price of item I ordered but not the shipping. I am out the item, and the shipping. This was such a hassle for a lousy $10 Talbots turtleneck. Bad experience. Obviously not on the up and up. Disappointed. All my other EBay transactions are good.

    My apologies for your less than stellar experience. #1. I did not realize eBay did not refund you the shipping. I'll take care of that right away. #2. eBay would not let me exchange the item, They insisted I refund the item, relist it & have you re-buy the correct item. It took so long for you to ship it back I figured you didn't want the other item. But all this started with me sending you black instead of grey. My most humble apologies for that. Kathy
