Strange transaction. Order was purportedly shipped, then eBay issued a refund without explanation. The tracking number then showed delivery to my town, but not to me. I needed to return the floss because the product was shown in the containers I wanted but the items delivered were in different packaging, in no way the same as far as strength and threader. I wish Glide hadn't changed the single package item that was so superior to the new. But I contacted the seller, returned the item and was refunded quickly.
