    I would definitely shop again, item is as described and customization requests were met perfectly. Communication and customer service is great, I made a mistake with my order which required canceling the order and reordering, they answered and got my problem taken care of quickly and nicely. Nothing major but be aware that if you are ordering customized items from Europe the estimated time of arrival could be a little optimistic, I received my bracelet 4 days after last scheduled delivery date.
