    Be careful with this seller. On the main manufacturer site, they correctly label a 2TB device as such. However, here, they are doing the same for a 1TB device. In my opinion, it's deceptive to customers, and then they refuse to reimburse your return label cost, essentially pressuring you to keep the device if you don't want to lose money.

You are free to use the eBay protection to request a return, however as the unit is not defective the eBay policy does not allow for return shipping to be covered. It will be the customers responsibility to return the unit as no longer needed.
