    This seller did not package these compound sticks properly, just put in an envelope and shipped, therefore the sticks arrived broken into tiny pieces & unusable. I reached out to the seller, and they communicated briefly and asked how they could make things right, & to send pictures, needless to say, once I told them I would like either a new box packaged correctly or refund our money, they stopped communicating all together. Now we are out $30.00. I suggest no one use this seller. I won't.

    I’m very happy with the purchase. It looks solid and of good quality. I hope to use it for a long time. I know one if the questions when reviewing is the shipping time. Frankly, as long as it arrives and is in the “sent” condition, I am absolutely fine. In this case, the package came on time with no delays whatsoever. Communication with the seller is perfect. I ask him a question and the folloewed right after.As I said, I am quite happy with my sterilization casset for eight (instruments).
