    The add said the item was new and they gave me and offer so I accepted the offer and bought the item.The item arrived and it's clear the item is not new and was not in orginal packaging just thrown in a bag and shipped. I contacted the seller and also sent pictures of item to the seller and no response. For starters the item is not a Deluxe 114SI string winder.The item is damaged cracks all around the head even came with hair attached in the cap.Not pleased at all.I don't recommend this seller.

    Hello, We are so sorry this was not what you expected. We received these in tubs from Dunlop in 2022. They were the current model of Deluxe 114Si at that time. As we have been selling them individually they come without packaging. I am so sorry that yours had cracks (and a hair thrown in to boot!). Can we provide you with a full refund and you keep the item. We want to make sure that you are taken care of.
