    I paused for a day to decide whether to leave negative feedback because I can understand that sellers have to seek their own interest when doing business online and in fairness to the seller I did receive a full refund in a timely manner. However, with that having been said, the item I ordered was cancelled by the seller on the grounds that I provided a commercial shipping address they were uncomfortable shipping to due to the size of the business which is not a good reason IMHO. (plz see below)

    Due to the word limit I decided to post a followup comment to add some context. I made this seller an offer which they accepted then cancelled due to the size of the delivery warehouse causing concerns that my package may be lost upon reception. Apart from the fact that I've used that address for over 10yrs without incident, I also believe the seller should've made that determination before accepting my offer and payment. The inconvenience and delay also affects my customer who needed the item.
