  This item was advertised as “New.” What we received was very far from “New.” It arrive partially wrapped in scrap pieces of cardboard. When we opened it up, it was obvious the packaging was previously opened. Many imperfections throughout the inside of the packaging. Upon closer inspection, there were scratches and other blemishes all over the handle and the base. When we reached out to the seller, he denied all responsibility and offered an unacceptable partial refund of 15%. Worst buy ever.

  I recently received my placemats, and I am extremely disappointed with what I received. They are nothing more than flimsy laminated pieces of card, completely unlike the pictures advertised. The quality is abysmal. Offering a 20% refund is laughable given how terrible the product is. I am utterly disgusted and urge others not to waste their money or time on these placemats.
