  Product was as described and is of a very good quality. was shipped quickly and appropriate packaged. Had sent some communication to seller through eBay and to be honest, not sure they send and who is getting it. Thought I was buying a different set and even with adding a note (couldn't see what I sent after saving so who knows) I didn't totally get what I thought. after looking at transaction and the payment, I feel the buyer sent what they felt I agreed to. All in all I was satisfied.

  Shipping wasn't needed since we live so close they were dropped off within an hour of ordering. There was no packaging needed ut they did have bubble wrap between them. Absolutely gorgeous condition, beautiful charger plates, now to find the plates that will match my other Herend pieces. Exactly like the pictures and an amazing value, especially because I know how much these were new! The seller was beyond pleasant, figured out that I was a previous customer!

  This was an amazing transaction!! I ordered a set of Snowflake wheels from this seller and they didn't fit the build that I was working on, they were smaller than I needed. I contacted Terry for a return and told him the reason. He said "No problem" then proceeded to tell me if I sent him the size that I needed that he would reprint them for me.
