  Shipping was fast, and it was well packed, but it was the wrong item. A refund was made (for my trouble) but they also said they would ship the correct item (which I still need) and provide a label for the return of the wrong item. In nearly a month I am unable to get any response from several attempts to make contact for the correct item and label to return the incorrect item.
