  I love this little guy, but he doesn't bounce, and arrived loosely packed (no padding at all), in a dish detergent box. He did have a tag attached. I do think he is cute though, but I wish he worked right for the price.

  I received a second shop vac after the first one came a little bit damaged and missing a couple parts due to an opening in the cardboard box.
