    Quality items were eventually received. Poor customer service. First order arrived damaged. They wouldn't provide a return label to process a refund, even though eBay policy required them to pay for return shipping of damaged goods. I was forced to accept a reshipment. I was interested in purchasing other veneers and even though they encourage bulk orders to save on shipping, they would not allow me to add more veneers to the flat-rate box they were already shipping out. Not a happy customer.

    After finding out that the veneers arrived damaged, we immediately offered free replacements. However, this person changed his mind and wanted different products. Located in Korea and unable to provide a return shipping label, we accepted his return request. Then he changed his mind again and asked for replacements. Furthermore, he made outrageous demands including FREE SAMPLES. Good thing that these type of people are few and far between.
