  Seller waits 5 days before telling me the necklace is broken. Issued refund without telling me why. I had to email and find out what was going on. Very poor customer service. If she had emailed me right away and explained, it would not have been a problem. The day I was expecting the necklace in the mail is the day she finally canceled the order with no explanation until I contacted her first.
