  The item was in new condition including the styrofoam packaging and the Lenox white box being in great condition. I would have classified it as "new" as well. The seller packed the item in a larger box with package peanuts for a safe delivery of the item. The seller did not have to provide additional communication since they described the item well in the listing and the item arrived as described and in the condition as described. Thank you.
