However, the item was damaged by the manufacturer in that the rope end on one of the loops was not holding in place. It was glued, with the repair barely noticeable unless one inspects the medallion. The package arrived quickly, was packaged with perfection & used to hang a picture the following day. Thank you for keeping the shipping cost low.
