There was a glitch in delivery that was due to USPS but seller diligently worked to locate package and resent it more securely through UPS and kept me updated every day regarding its progress until it arrived safely at my doorstep.   Never received the item. Purchased item on 2/28/25. Kept checking status & on 3/10/25 , the item had not been shipped. Emailed vendor on 3/10 to check on item. Vendor stated they would ship it by 3/15/25. Checked status on 3/17/25 - had not been shipped. Emailed vendor & they stated they could not find the item to ship it. Requested full refund. Refund is being processed as of 3/20/25. Wish vendor had advised that the item couldn't be located.
