  The seller refunded the ring without telling me why first. When I inquired, they claimed it had broken & that they left a note with the refund. I've never had a seller refund something w/o sending a email PRIOR TO cancelling it to explain why. I would have taken the broken ring had they given me the opportunity. Currently, the item remains in "awaiting shipment" status because seller failed to cancel it before refunding. Communication w/ this seller has been circular and non-productive.
