  Seller failed to protect the tip of the sword. The tip of the sword went through the end of the box. The tip was damaged. I asked Seller to replace the damaged sword. He threatened to take legal action against me. I will never buy from this seller again

  Beware of this scammer, he uploads fake images to open returns and return nothing. When we sent him proof of delivery with official DHL image, he gave negative feedback, even though he received the package in perfect condition and his item was also in perfect condition.

  UPS damaged item severely, thay also refused ..to pay for damages to item.Jerked me around on it as well...seller and I spoke several times about damages..and UPS lack of caring and UPS damaging item.as of today nothings been resolved in the matter..items still severely damaged from shipping.and unusable condition.

  I hoped it would be good but, this was fantastic! Shipped fast too! The sword is great quality and so stunning! They meant it when they say sharp so be careful, it really is in battle ready condition! Great price for such a great product! Would leave a picture but it’s already wrapped underneath the tree for the hubby! Might have to come back to this store next year for another sword and build our collection!
