  The two bowls were packaged safely. They were a good value. Shipping via UPS was not up their usual standard and the bowls were broken. The seller responded quickly and all issues were resolved. I would use this merchant again.

  Seems a lot smaller than stated size would indicate (bunny plushies do have long ears that "count" towards overall length), poor packaging, has an unpleasant smell, took 3 days longer to arrive than stuff I ordered same day from further away, but that was likely the post office's fault. Luckily no damage in shipping (was just double-bagged, not in a box). Hopefully it airs out. For the price, not worth giving neutral or negative rating. I'm sensitive to smells so again, not seeking a refund.
