Without the mallet the nailer doesn't work. The seller offered to ship the nailer without the missing item or I could have a refund. After that the seller went silent, did not respond to two requests for updates. I had to institute a refund claim with eBay. How did the seller know to represent the condition and the content of the items for sale?
