Our newest product is our own MegaGrate. Made from stainless steel and developed so we can grill more types of smaller food. This crosshatch design reduces a lot of loss between standard grate openings. There are hinged charcoal doors with handles for ease of opening with a proper utensil so adding fresh coals is easier . Another set of handles with the top having an edge for easy removal from the grill when needed.
We enjoy grilling all year long here in the Midwest and after a while of loosing food between the grate, in addition to loosing most small pieces of hardwood charcoal using the only standard grate available. I was sure others experience this also, there had to be a way to fix this. The idea of a stainless steel grate with cross sections occurred as a good idea.
It's also hard to find a good quality replacement grate that is stainless steel so why not combine the two!
