I paid for the item but the seller never shipped. I tried several times to contact the seller but received no response. The seller relisted the item even before refunding my money. To add insult to injury, I received an offer to buy the phone I already paid for. After opening a claim with eBay, my money was finally refunded on the 3rd day just before eBay would have to step in. The seller made no attempts to make it right.
