    Before placing my order, I requested that the HEPA filter be doubled boxed for protection in shipment. The seller assured me that they would do this. This is all recorded in eBay messages. However, the seller did not double box the filter, and the plastic frame was cracked in shipment. As a result, it does not fit securely in the air purifier. Prospective buyers should know that this seller does not pack items well for protection in shipment.
