    16x20 picture frame (w/o mat) in Classic Black/Gold was just as pictured on the site. I messaged the seller with a question, and they responded in a timely fashion. Item was shipped in excellent packaging to ensure no damage. This is just what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend. Please note the frame is not "solid" wood, but looks very nice. It does have real glass in it. I thought it was a good deal for the price.
