    Finally received item. USPS had to rewrap item as item popped open through the delivery process. Fortunately, items were not damaged. Would highly recommend that seller packages items better so this does not occur again. Item was not as plush as described, then again price was cheap. I purchased them up to decorate my office at work, so quality was ok for this purpose.

    This is the busiest time of yr to ship. They randomly open items to make sure nothing illegal is in it. I have complained but nothing's changed. I have amazing feedback on the way my husband wraps. After the high fees & shipping, I only paid myself back a few $ for the items. Also, these were plush. Not the high end plush for that price for 4@ w shipping inc.

    U r another 1 of my wonderful customers. I sometimes ship the day I get the order. I did my label & we had a death in the family. So, your pkg sat 2 days. TY so much for your patience. I am a regular seller (Not a store) & I give such good quality items. If the item has a blemish, I say it. As u can c from the postage, after all the fees, I didn't pay myself Back for the items.
