I asked for a refund to bring the price inline with OPEN BOX offers. They responded that the Item was an unused display item and all brushes were unopened so the refund offered was only half of what was needed to bring the price to what should have been the original sale offer. Deceitful marketing and poor customer service

I agreed and it was finally shipped but no discount was given. The item showed up and the tag was ripped out and the binding on that side of the blanket was unraveling, and the ripped part was rolled up in the middle which tells me that the seller repackaged the item. The seller still hasn’t given me my discount.
