  Best customer service I have ever had on EBay. About the time my purchase should arrive, the seller messaged me to let me know that the package was delayed enroute because of the big snow storms. She was keeping an eye on it and would file the claim if it didn't show up. I was so impressed that she cared enough to track it and then reassure me--without me ever inquiring! The pillowcases were just as described--only better! They smelled freshly laundered and line dried and oh, so clean and soft

  Package was misdirected (post office's error) This seller took the initiative to watch the package and filed a claim on my behalf to get the package delivered. The package came with a banged up box from being misdirected from one coast to the next, but the seller packed it so we'll there was no damage to the product. Highly recommend seller....
