  This seller sold me a broken compass (needle won’t stay balanced, or point directionally correctly), when I told them it was broken, they responded “it’s supposed to work like that”… I said no, I need to return with a refund. The seller allowed a refund, but refuses to offer return shipping. Under eBay’s money back guarantee, they state, “The seller pays for return shipping if they offer a free returns policy or if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description.”

  There was nothing like what Buyer said. We asked for a video of the compass but Buyer did not give us the video. We check all our items before sending them and pack them properly.
