  Wow! Jackpot! Looks very unlike the synthetic opals I have watched quite a bit online on; has none of the commonly-stated characteristics: columnar pattern, regular pattern, nonmoving pattern. Heaps of red, with orange and yellow, plenty of green, even a bit of purple, all very mobile. Not as staggeringly flashy as my much smaller top-grade green and blue Australian Lightning Ridge black opal, but when this thing is front-lit in the sun, wow, what a colour show! Outstanding value-for-money.
