  this company went above and beyond and didn't need to in the least. I asked for a shipping favor which couldn't happen because of regulations. The shipper actually remembered my request 2 days later and was able to work with my schedule! Who does this anymore? I think it's called excellent customer service which I haven't seen for awhile!
