  Definitely not as described as it was listed as ‘BRAND NEW…” There were some minor scuff marks and it was missing the charging cable but it was in overall good shape and could be considered New. Thankfully I already had the charging cable needed so I am not too upset about the missing contents. Packaging was solid and it was shipped on time. Seller responded quickly to offers, too.
