Names and the year will be personalized by hand with the careful touch of talented artists free of charge.* Pls click the "Customize Now" button." There is no "Customize Now" button. Added a Note to Seller with my purchase listing the names I needed added. The ornament arrived with NO names, completely blank. Messaged the Seller asking about the personalization requested, no response.
