  The shipping process was fine and the product came in good condition and as described, but the wrapping of the blu-ray was stuffed inside the case. Which, I'm not upset about as much because as I said it came as described, it wasn't advertised as sealed, its just weird that they'd leave the wrapped shoved in the case like that. Also, the shipping was marked as free, but I ended up having to pay. Again, not too upset about since I got it for a good deal.

  Shipped fast, arrived quickly. Tape was in a large box full of newspaper, but the item wasn't wrapped and moved all around in the box. Appears to be in better condition in the pictures.
