  Very disappointing. This item was advertised as new/unused/in box. It was most certainly used, with a weak battery. I have 2 others of these airbrush machines, and as a professional makeup artist, I use these every day. Meanwhile the box was severely damaged, with both dust, debris and even hair inside. I’ve contacted the seller within hours of receiving the item and still have not received a reply, two days later. I would definitely like a refund and will be following up with eBay.
