  Glass bottle shipped in a box without any packing materials, arrived broken with the oil leaked everywhere. A sticky, awful mess. Thankfully the bottle was wrapped in cello, though the cello leaked and oil soaked through the box. Box was in a shipping bag so it didn't get on the floor, though it soaked all through the box and stuck the box to the outer shipping bag. Had to throw the whole thing away as it's definitely not worth returning a broken, leaking bottle. Seller did send item so neutral.
