  It's exactly what was advertised. Shipment speed was good but for discrete shpping it was not? Pkg. Tore open to see inside when I picked it up mail side? Kinda embarrassing living in a apartment complex with other people digging into and sorting out pkgs. Here at my apartment complex.   PIcked up the Hello Touch X for my fiance, but when it arrived it didn't seem to work. Contacted the seller, and they reached out to the manufacturer, and arranged for us to return the item. Once our return was shipped, the seller immediately turned around and mailed us a replacement. 5 stars. Would order from again.
