    Shoes described as "New with Box," but arrived without the box. Very poor communication to resolve. Seller did not reply to messages for seven days and admitted mistake only after eBay had already approved return shipping. No discount offered for missing box, and seller said he had no box to send separately. After reading other's feedback about returns to this seller I kept the shoes and bought a replacement Ferragamo box on my own dime.
