  Item was carefully packaged and arrived sealed. However, I would not call it completely “new with warranty” as described. Seller was unaware that when an iPhone is purchased the warranty and AppleCare time period begins. Luckily, this phone was purchased a month prior so I only lost out on one month of warranty and was still able to purchase apple care. Seller should become educated on items they sell.
