  Item not as advertised at all. This was ordered for a client, who is very displeased. A cheap, generic doll was delivered and the openings were not present. The quality of the doll is poor. The doll's appearance is nothing like the photos provided. When contacted about these issues, a generic pre-typed message was sent and videos of someone tearing their own openings. When the issue of not being as advertised was brought up, the same generic message was sent again. Do not buy.

  This was a horrible transaction. The description is clearly a lie to defraud consumers. I included screen shots of the item bought and its description; photos of what was received; and the inspiring conversation with the seller. DO NOT buy from this seller. I had to stop payment through my credit card as this seller AND eBay were of no help. I sincerely hope this seller goes bankrupt with a ton of this worthless inventory.

  Wrong doll was sent, 6" shorter and almost 15 pounds lighter. Reached out to the seller who requested a picture. Provided multiple pictures and details, but the seller never responded thereafter. I'll review further with ebay and my CC company on options. If you pay with credit card, you are protected as buyer, FYI.
