It developed a tear within the return/replace period; so I contacted the seller. He was very polite and very reasonable. When asked for a replacement, he did so without any questions and without demanding the return of the defective item. He is the kind of seller one would like to do business with.   I have not installed it yet but it came in good condition. It appears to be complete with no damage but best of all it came with the tag lights. I ordered this same product from two different sellers and they both arrived with more damage than the bumper I am trying to replace, and the tage lights were not included.
